CES is an event where we get to see the latest innovations that have been happening behind the scenes by different brands and Asus didn’t disappoint at all with their latest laptop lineup. Except for their ROG lineup, their zenbook line of laptops has seen a new member named the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED featuring the latest Intel® processors and Windows 11 out of the box.
The main feature is the display which can be folded from its original 17.3″ 2.5K resolution with 4:3 aspect ration to 12.5″ 3:2 aspect ration giving you a tonne of ways to multitask with this laptop. For the ultimate laptop experience, Asus has bundled the Zenbook 17 Fold with their own Bluetooth keyboard with touchpad in-box. The OLED display is manufactured by BOE and has a 100% DCI-P3 colour rating. The hinge has undergone over 30,000 cycle test to prove durability as per Asus.

The folding laptop features up to 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1250U coupled with Intel® iris Xe graphics. You get up 16GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB M.2 NVMe™PCIe® 4.0 SSD. Asus has included a 75Whrs battery with 60W Type-C fast charging.
Other features include a 5MP front camera with IR function for windows Hello, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support tuned by harman/kardon, Dolby vision, Thunderbolt™4 and 3.5mm audio combo jack.
For the price, Asus has not specified on it but they have confirmed official availability from Q2 of 2022. When price is available we shall update here.
