Google Pixel 6 officially showcased

Over the last few months we have seen a lot of information of the next Google flagship and most of them were legit. After so much information online, we finally have an official confirmation by Google themselves of the upcoming device.

A lot is new and something am really excited about is the new processer designed by Google. It is called Tensor Chip and is expected to be more secure, faster and smarter according to Google. The chipset uses the 5nm process technology.

Away from the processor, Google showcased their new phone although not on a hands-on level of showcasing but we have few of the specs of it so far. There are two phone the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 pro.

The 6 pro features a 6.7 inch QHD display that supports 120Hz refresh rate, Triple rear camera setup and has In-display fingerprint for security. Its smaller sibling the Pixel 6 features a 6.4 inch FHD+ display which has up to 90Hz refresh rate, Dual rear camera setup and In-display fingerprint scanner.
Both phones come with Android 12 pre-installed out of the box.


The phones will be available for sale by end of 2021.
