Oppo Find X5 launched in Kenya for Ksh 99,999

Oppo Kenya has today launched the Find X5 in Kenya which will be priced at Ksh 99,999 and pre-orders running from 16th June to 30th June with each pre-order getting an Oppo Air VOOC 30W wireless charger. When you buy the Oppo Find X5 you will get 2 years of warranty.

OPPO Find X5 boasts an ultra-premium finish, with frosted, matte glass and fingerprint-resistant chassis. Available in Black or White, the fine grain of this 90% frosted texture creates a beautiful, almost silky lustre that plays with light and feels incredible in the hand.

The phone comes with a 6.55″ AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate display with a peak brightness of 1000nits and HDR10+ support. The front has Gorilla Glass victus protection. The side has an aluminum frame while the back is made of glass.

Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. There is the virtual RAM option which allows you to expand RAM up to 5GB more. Out of the box, the Oppo Find X5 comes with ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.

In this generation of the Find series, OPPO has taken a renewed focus not just on display quality, but on how the eyes see. In addition, the Find X5 comes equipped with an advanced 360° Smart Antenna 3.0 that keeps you connected, whichever way you hold your phone.

To the cameras which is one key area of this device, it comes with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP Ultrawide camera, and a 13MP telephoto camera on the rear. On the front side is a 32MP shooter. As for videos, the phone can shoot up to 4K@60fps videos. When you want to explore professional filmmaking, the Find X5 allows you to shoot in LOG so you can have better flexibility when color grading your footage. The camera also includes a dedicated image Neural Processing Unit, which overcomes the most difficult obstacle of smartphone video capture – night-time recording. The front camera can shoot up to 1080p@30fps videos. Another feature of the camera is the Hasselblad Color Calibration.

The phone boasts a 4,800mAh battery that can support an entire day of use. The Find X5 also comes with super-fast charging that supports 80W SuperVOOC plus 30W AirVOOC (wireless charging). The 80W SuperVOOC will charge from 0-100% in just 36 minutes as per Oppo while the wireless charger takes only 80 minutes to fill up the phone. The 80W charger is included in the box alongside a TPU case and USB Type-C cable.
