Xiaomi has officially launched their latest budget smartphone in Kenya the Redmi 10A. The phone comes with a 6.53″ HD+ display with an 81% screen-to-body ratio. Inside is the MediaTek Helio G2512nm processor coupled with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB storage with an option to extend the storage using a micoSD card. Out of the box, you get MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
To the cameras, the Redmi 10A spots a 13MP rear camera that can shoot up to 1080p@30fps videos and a 5MP front camera that shoots up to 1080p@30fps. For security, the phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and an option for face unlock. You will get a 5000mAh capacity battery on the Redmi 10A. Other features include Bluetooth 50, MicroUSB, and 2.4/5GHz WiFi.

The phone is priced at Ksh 12,899 for the 2GB+32GB, Ksh 14,499 for the 3GB+64GB, and Ksh 16,499 for the 4GB+128GB variants. Only blue and grey colors are available in Kenya.
