Samsung Electronics East Africa earlier today launched an online brand shop targeting consumers in Kenya. The online store, launched in partnership with BrandCart Limited, will focus on consumer electronics. The launch comes at a time when online shopping is at an all time high in Kenya. Present at the event were Mr. Sam Odhiambo, Head of Consumer Electronics East Africa Division of Samsung Electronics, Mr. Joseph Wesonga, BrandCart Product Manager, among other Samsung and BrandCart representatives.
The online store will feature a wide range of electronics including televisions, fridges, microwaves, soundbars, among others. It allows customers to explore electronic products of their choice as well as compare them from a range of items before making a purchase decision.

Delivery options are available to every corner of the country allowing for all Kenyans to make purchases from the platform free of charge. There will be same-day delivery for purchases made within Nairobi, provided that those orders are made before noon. Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered within 24 hours. Additionally, customers can pay for their goods upon delivery with payments available through mobile money or via cards.

Through the platform, customers can learn about new technologies on Samsung products such as the Bespoke range of fridges, the Neo QLED range of televisions, the Crystal UHD TVs, the Frame TV among many other models. The launch of the Samsung online brand shop comes with great discounts as well as prizes for the first 100 people who make a purchase online.
All electronics purchased on the platform come with a 24 months’ warranty for QLED & UHD TVs and 12 months’ warranty for all other products courtesy of Samsung Electronics.
